通过对数据的分析与计算,选型设计出新石门钢丝绳芯带式输送机和新主井线摩擦多点驱动伸缩带式输送机。对原来单一的运输模式,进行了卸料器的应用研究,实现了新、老主井系统分别运行或同时运行的良好效果。设计了大型溜煤装置,实现了新主井煤仓上面翻笼的正常运转。改造后的主输送带运输系统通过运行表明,各项性能指标都达到要求,产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Through the analysis and calculation of the data, the new Shimen wire rope core belt conveyor and the new main well line friction multi-point drive telescopic belt conveyor are designed and selected. On the original single mode of transportation, the unloader application research was carried out, and the good effect of running the new and old main shaft systems separately or simultaneously was achieved. Designed a large coal-slip device to achieve the normal operation of the new main shaft bunker above the cage. After the transformation of the main conveyor belt transportation system through the operation shows that the performance indicators have reached the required, resulting in significant economic and social benefits.
