恶性肿瘤已成为日益常见且严重威胁人类生命和生活质量的顽病之一,长期以来,各国政府及科研机构都对肿瘤的研究予以高度重视。目前对肿瘤的治疗已取得了重大进展,其中,发展最快当属药物治疗,它已成为现今临床治疗肿瘤的重要手段之一。吡唑环作为杂环化合物中的一个重要分支,以其高效、低毒、广泛的生理活性等优势,逐渐进入了药物化学研究者的视野。针对其抗肿瘤活性,药物化学家研究者吡唑环进行了大量的结构修饰和生物活性评价。本综述对吡唑衍生物在抗肿瘤方面的研究进行了比较详细的阐述。
Malignant tumors have become one of the most common and serious threats to human life and quality of life. For a long time, governments and research institutes all over the world have attached great importance to the study of oncology. At present, significant progress has been made in the treatment of tumors, of which the fastest development is drug treatment, which has become one of the important methods for clinical treatment of tumors. Pyrazole ring as an important branch of heterocyclic compounds, with its high efficiency, low toxicity, a wide range of physiological activity advantages, and gradually into the field of medical chemistry researchers. In view of its antitumor activity, a large number of structural modifications and biological activity evaluations have been carried out by the medicinal chemist researcher pyrazole ring. This review gives a detailed description of the antitumor studies of pyrazole derivatives.
