今天,建筑行业工程公司本身存在的问题已经不能持续支撑繁华的表象,转变发展方式的需求迫在眉睫。工程公司经济发展方式转变的重点在五个方面:由“同质化”向“差异化”转变;由“单一一体化”向“全面一体化”转变;由干好任务、锻炼队伍向打造品牌企业转变;由“合作共赢”向“独立经营”转变;由追求发展规模向质量效益型转变。以转变应对变化,遵循“转变”的发展规律,打造核心竞争能力,应当成为工程公司适应市场发展的基本态度。
Today, the problems existing in the construction industry engineering company itself can no longer continue to support the flourishing phenomenon. The demand for transforming the mode of development is imminent.
