本文研究了用meso-四(对磺基苯)-卟啉为试剂二阶导数分光光度法测铜的分析方法及最佳条件。结果表明,在PH=3.2~5.8溶液中。Cu与TPPS4生成黄绿色的配合物,最大吸收波长为432nm,Cu含量在5~30μg/1范围内有很好的线性关系。用该法测定了人发中铜的含量,结果令人满意。
In this paper, the analytical method and the optimum conditions of copper determination by meso-tetrakis (p-sulfophenyl) -porphyrin reagent as second-order derivative spectrophotometry were studied. The results show that in PH = 3.2 ~ 5.8 solution. Cu and TPPS4 generated yellow-green complexes, the maximum absorption wavelength of 432nm, Cu content in the range of 5 ~ 30μg / 1 has a good linear relationship. The method was used to determine the content of copper in human hair with satisfactory results.
