由于政府的高度重视,经过多年整治和对污水处理厂特许经营权的转让,阜阳市水环境得到很大的改善但随着经济发展和人口剧增,水环境仍面临很大的压力.本文探讨通过多措并举彻底改善阜城的水环境,从而建设宜居的生态城市.

近年来,基于物理模型的流体模拟成为计算流体动画领域中的一个研究热点。烟雾问题是流体现象模拟中最为简单的一类。本文的基本物理模型用无粘性不可压的欧拉方程表示,采用半拉格朗日方法、高斯-塞德尔迭代法等稳定的求解方法。本文考虑边界条件为实体墙的情况,并计算浮力、漩涡约束力等外部作用力来控制烟雾的扩散。实验结果表明,本文采用的物理模型能很好地模拟烟雾的扩散效果。
