在传统教学中,老师不注重和学生交流沟通,教师按照事先设计好的教案按部就班进行教学,认为把教学内容讲完就算完成任务了,忽略了学生的情感体验,不了解学生知识掌握情况,不能从实质上完成教学目标,导致教学效果不理想。如何构建高效小学语文课堂呢?需要充分发挥学生的主体性,老师勇于放手,给学生自主发展的空间,做学生的指导者和合作者。在新课改改革中,为了实现教学的有效性,笔者总结了自己的一些看法。
