国内某电炉厂为了实现电炉铁水热装技术改造,需设计一种实现电炉铁水热装的专用设备——铁水罐旋转倾翻装置。本文比较分析了几种电炉铁水热装方式的优缺点,介绍了一种电炉铁水罐旋转倾翻装置的工作原理、设备组成及技术特点。该电炉厂实施铁水热装设计改造后,年产量提高了21万t,冶炼周期缩短了13min,吨钢电耗减少了110k W·h,石灰消耗减少了25kg/t,电极消耗减少了0.8kg/t,节能降耗效果明显。为同类型电炉铁水热装设计改造提供了实践经验。
A domestic electric furnace plant in order to achieve the electric hot metal hot filling technology transformation, the need to design a furnace hot metal hot filling of special equipment - ladle tilting device. This article comparatively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of several electric hot metal hot charging methods, and introduced the working principle, equipment composition and technical characteristics of a rotary hot tilting device for electric hot metal ladle. The electric furnace hot-melt hot water plant design and transformation, the annual output increased by 210,000 t, smelting cycle shortened 13min, steel consumption per ton reduced 110kW · h, lime consumption reduced by 25kg / t, the electrode consumption decreased by 0.8 kg / t, energy saving effect is obvious. For the same type of hot metal hot charging design and transformation provided practical experience.
