在中国进入金融现代化成长期的当下,银行和保险业在利用金融消费者概念保护弱势群体权益的课题上已初显成效,但证券业却抱持着非明确之态度,证券立法也采取了沉默式的消极处理,这极不利于证券市场的发展。对此,本文从梳理、厘清证券业领域金融消费者的概念及其界定标准出发,探索学术界和实践界长期忽略的消费者信息权保护问题,并对其核心保障制度的建设加以研究。
At the moment when China has entered the period of financial modernization, the banking and insurance industries have shown some initial success in using the concepts of financial consumers to protect the rights and interests of the disadvantaged groups.
