金针菇,也称毛柄金钱菌、构菌、朴菇,属于木腐菌,分解木质素、纤维素的能力强。据分析,干稻草含本质素16.58％、粗纤维素36.08％、全氮0.74％、还原糖27.73％、粗灰分13.44％、粗脂肪1.4～2.2％,可作为栽培金针菇的原料。1986年9月25日,利用稻草袋栽金针菇400袋,到11月5日,气温低于15℃时,都已陆续出菇。至12月3日,共收三批菇,生物学效率达65％。其栽培技术如下:
