本文采用低温等离子体对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行表面处理,以改善其与环氧树脂的粘接性能,为进一步研制高性能轻型复合材料提供科学依据。实验结果表明处理后的纤维表面能大大提高,使环氧树脂能良好地浸润纤维;纤维与环氧树脂间粘接强度可提高近5—10倍。本文进一步分析了粘接性能改善的原因,并对粘接强度做出贡献的各种作用进行了综合的定量分析。
In this paper, low temperature plasma treatment of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers to improve its adhesion properties with epoxy resin, to provide scientific basis for the further development of high performance lightweight composite materials. The experimental results show that the surface of the treated fiber can be greatly improved, so that the epoxy resin can well infiltrate the fiber. The bonding strength between the fiber and the epoxy resin can be increased by about 5-10 times. This article further analyzes the reasons for the improvement of the adhesion properties and makes a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the various contributions that contribute to the bond strength.
