目的:对阳春砂仁不同部位的挥发油成分进行分析比较。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取阳春砂仁完整果实、果皮和种子团3个部位挥发油,采用GC-MS技术对挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定,并采用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量。结果:从阳春砂仁果实、种子团和果皮挥发油中分别鉴定出29,20,31种化合物,占各部位挥发油总量的94.82%,93.99%,87.39%。三者共鉴定化合物出40种,其中共有成分13种。结论:阳春砂仁完整果实与种子团挥发油化学成分相似,果皮挥发油与二者化学成分差异较大。阳春砂仁果皮的药理作用和功效尚待进一步研究明确。
Objective: To analyze and compare the components of volatile oil in different parts of Amomum villosum. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from the whole fruit, pericarp and seed mass of Amomum villosum by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of each compound were determined by area normalization . Results: A total of 29, 20, 31 compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Amomum villosum, seeds and pericarp, accounting for 94.82%, 93.99% and 87.39% of the total volatile oil of each part. The three identified a total of 40 species of compounds, of which 13 species in total composition. Conclusion: The chemical composition of the volatile oil from the whole fruit of Amomum villosum is similar to that of the volatile oil from the seed mass. The chemical composition of volatile oil in the pericarp differs greatly. The pharmacological action and efficacy of the spring villous peel remains to be further studied.
