在介绍了320×240非制冷红外焦平面阵列工作原理的基础上,详细分析了非制冷红外焦平面阵列驱动电路的组成原理、设计方法,重点是偏置电压电路、脉冲电压与控制信号驱动电路、焦平面工作温度检测及控制电路的设计等关键技术。提出了一种自适应工作点的驱动电路设计方法,并对主要驱动信号进行了仿真,给出了主要原理框图。试验结果表明:该电路达到了理想的效果,适用于宽的工作温度,具有体积小、实用性好、可靠性高等特点。
Based on the working principle of 320 × 240 uncooled infrared focal plane array, the principle and design method of uncooled infrared focal plane array driving circuit are analyzed in detail. The emphasis is on the bias voltage circuit, pulse voltage and control signal driving circuit , Focal plane temperature detection and control circuit design and other key technologies. A driving circuit design method for adaptive operating point is proposed. The main driving signals are simulated and the main block diagram is given. The experimental results show that this circuit achieves the ideal effect and is suitable for wide working temperature. It has the advantages of small size, good practicability and high reliability.
