本文用同种异体的狗骨髓提取液静脉注射复制狗实验性 RDS(呼吸窘迫综合征)模型。用血气分析仪,测定注射骨髓提取液前后不同时间的动脉氧分压(Po_2),二氧化碳分压(Pco_2)、pH。用多道生理记录仪测定股动脉血压(FAP),肺动脉血压(PAP)。结果注射骨髓后,Po_2呈进行性下降,Pco_2先降低,后升高。FAP 呈下降趋势,但不显著。PAP 升高。光镜下可见肺充血、间质和肺泡水肿、肺不张、微血栓、透明膜形成等病变,此模形发病原因类似于骨折所致 ARDS,具有低氧血症、高碳酸血症、PAP 升高、肺损伤的特征,为研究 ARDS 提供了可行的动物模型。
In this paper, an experimental RDS (Respiratory Distress Syndrome) model of replicating dogs was intravenously injected with allogeneic dog bone marrow extract. Blood gas analyzer was used to measure arterial oxygen pressure (PO2), carbon dioxide partial pressure (Pco_2) and pH at different time before and after injection of bone marrow extract. Multiple physiological recordings were used to determine femoral arterial pressure (FAP) and pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP). Results After injection of bone marrow, Po 2 decreased progressively, while Pco 2 decreased first and then increased. FAP showed a downward trend, but not significant. PAP increased. Light microscopy showed pulmonary congestion, interstitial and alveolar edema, atelectasis, microthrombus, hyaline membrane formation and other lesions, the incidence of this model is similar to fracture ARDS, with hypoxemia, hypercapnia, PAP Elevated lung injury characteristics, provide a viable animal model for the study of ARDS.
