目的研究先天性心脏病合并不同程度肺动脉高压患儿血浆中偶联因子6(coupling factor 6,CF6)含量的变化,以探讨CF6在本疾病中的作用。方法收集2011年1月—2012年8月160例先天性心脏病合并不同程度肺动脉高压患儿。随机分为3组,先天性心脏病未合并肺动脉高压组41例为对照组,先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压但未达到重度肺动脉高压组76例为A组,先天性心脏病合并重度肺动脉高压组43例为B组。应用放射免疫分析法检测不同组别血浆中CF6的含量。结果对照组CF6含量(199.5±44.7)ng/L,A组(168.7±99.8)ng/L,B组(305.4±81.7)ng/L。对照组与A组之间CF6含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组CF6含量较对照组、A组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论先天性心脏病合并重度肺动脉高压的低体质量患儿血浆中CF6含量明显升高,提示CF6可能在其病理生理过程中发挥重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma concentration of coupling factor 6 (CF6) in children with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension and to explore the role of CF6 in this disease. Methods From January 2011 to August 2012, 160 children with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension were collected. Randomly divided into three groups, congenital heart disease without pulmonary hypertension in 41 cases as control group, congenital heart disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension but did not reach 76 cases of severe pulmonary hypertension group A, congenital heart disease complicated with severe pulmonary hypertension group 43 cases for the B group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the plasma levels of CF6 in different groups. Results The levels of CF6 in control group (199.5 ± 44.7) ng / L, A group (168.7 ± 99.8) ng / L and B group (305.4 ± 81.7) ng / L. There was no significant difference in CF6 content between the control group and the A group (P> 0.05). The CF6 content in the B group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the A group (P <0.01). Conclusions The plasma levels of CF6 in children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pulmonary hypertension are significantly increased, suggesting that CF6 may play an important role in the pathophysiological process.
