为了快速高效地获得产品尺寸变型的设计参数值,文中结合了广义简约梯度优化算法和基于参数化的尺寸变型设计理论,提出了基于广义简约梯度法的尺寸变型优化设计方法,此方法通过广义简约梯度法对由变型经验公式计算得到的变型尺寸进行优化,得到最优的产品变型方案。文中运用此方法对颚式破碎机进行了尺寸变型优化设计,设计了破碎最大进料粒度为1 300 mm的颚式破碎机,并以此过程介绍了基于广义简约梯度法的尺寸变型优化设计方法的步骤及过程。
In order to obtain the design parameters of the product size variation quickly and efficiently, a generalized minimalist gradient optimization algorithm and a parametric dimension-dependent design theory are presented in this paper. An optimization method based on the generalized minimal gradient method is proposed.
