目的分析武汉市居民泌尿系结石的成分。方法武汉市1552例泌尿系结石病人的结石样本1605份,采用红外光谱分析法对其成分进行。结果 1605例结石样本中上尿路结石1435例(89.4%)。结石成分以一水草酸钙为主(1455例,90.7%)。混合结石1247例(77.7%),以碳酸磷灰石+一水草酸钙+二水草酸钙混合为主(678例,54.4%)。结论武汉市居民泌尿系结石大部分为混合性结石,结石成分以一水草酸钙为主。
Objective To analyze the composition of urinary calculi in Wuhan residents. Methods A total of 1,605 calculus samples from 1552 patients with urolithiasis in Wuhan were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. Results Of the 1605 cases, 1435 cases (89.4%) had upper urinary tract stones. Calcium oxalate monohydrate stones (1455 cases, 90.7%). Mixed stone 1247 cases (77.7%), carbonated apatite + calcium oxalate monohydrate and calcium oxalate dihydrate (678 cases, 54.4%). Conclusion Most of urolithiasis in Wuhan residents are mixed stones. The main components of calculi are calcium oxalate monohydrate.
