在对宝钢烧结一次混合机扬尘现状和相关除尘治理技术进行分析的基础上,应用塑烧板除尘器进行了混合机扬尘治理的工业试验,而后提出了基于塑烧板除尘器的一次混合机除尘技术方案。该方案消除了粉尘粘附故障源,不影响主工艺系统生产,排放浓度≤10 mg/Nm3,具有设备运行可靠、结构简洁、烟气处理效率高、处理过程清洁、无二次污染等特点。现已应用于宝钢股份在建的600 m2周转烧结机。
Based on the analysis of the status of dusting in primary mixer of Baosteel and the related dust control technology, an industrial test was conducted on the dust control of the mixer by using a plastic-burning plate dust remover, and then the dusting of the primary mixer based on the plastic- Technical solutions. The program eliminates the dust adhesion problems, does not affect the main process system production, emission concentration ≤ 10 mg / Nm3, with equipment running reliable, simple structure, flue gas treatment efficiency, clean process, no secondary pollution and so on.
