随着社会的发展,服务行业的专业性和规范性不断增强,小而全的发展模式已不适应单位的发展要求,如何平衡单位主要业务与辅助工作之间的关系,成为单位能否有效发展的制约性因素。作为江苏省民政厅下属的优抚医疗事业单位,本文以江苏省荣军医院为例,从分析后勤工作的现状和存在问题入手,立足实际探索服务医疗业务发展的有效举措。
With the development of society, the professionalism and normativeness of the service industry have been continuously enhanced. The small and complete development model has not met the requirements of the development of the unit. As a special medical institution subordinated to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, this paper takes Rong Jun Hospital of Jiangsu Province as an example. Starting from the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of logistics work, this paper explores the effective measures to serve the development of medical services based on the actual situation.
