仰卧起坐练习方法不正确会增大颈椎、腰椎压力,存在颈部肌肉拉伤、颈椎错位、腰间盘损伤的风险。一年一度的大学生体质健康达标测试中1分钟仰卧起坐是力量考查的项目之一,这种快速仰卧起坐对人体的伤害会更大。体育教学是以学生的身体健康为目标,安排教学内容和选择教学方法应以提高学生的身体素质,排除运动损伤为前提。在大学生体质健康标准测试中应该选择运动损伤最低的项目进行考核。
