紫木耳采集于张家界国家森林公园。经分离、驯化栽培和分类鉴定,确认是毛木耳(Auriculariapolytricha)的一个新变种,拟定为毛术耳的紫色变种。为了开发利用紫木耳,我们对它的生物学特性进行了研究观察,现将结果报告如下:材料与方法供试菌种有紫木耳,以毛木耳和黑木耳作对照。斜面培养基为PDA。作抗逆性能测定用的袋栽培养料为稻草66%、米糠30%,过磷酸钙2%、石膏1%、白糖1%。稻草切成3厘米长的段,用2%的石灰水浸20小时,再用清水冲洗备用。(一)菌丝体的生物学特性:主要观察温度、酸碱度对菌丝体生长的作用,在每一培养条件下接种紫木耳和毛木耳各5个培养皿,每天测定菌落直径,并比较菌落的特征。
Purple fungus collected in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
