目的:探讨重组人生长激素(rhGH)对大鼠肾移植后急性排斥反应的影响。方法:实验组与对照组各14只不同品系间肾移植大鼠。实验组给予环孢素A(CsA)预防急性排斥反应,rhGH促进代谢,调整免疫和营养;对照组给予CsA预防急性排斥反应。术后1~7d监测急性排斥反应的发生。结果:实验组与对照组术后血清肌酐、血清尿素氮逐日下降,肾功能恢复良好,病理检查未发现急性排斥反应。两组的对应实验资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在有效的免疫抑制前提下,大鼠肾移植术后短期应用rhGH不会明显促进急性排斥反应的发生,并能促进围手术期机体恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on acute rejection after renal transplantation in rats. Methods: The experimental group and the control group of 14 different strains of kidney transplanted rats. In the experimental group, cyclosporin A (CsA) was given to prevent acute rejection, rhGH to promote metabolism and adjust immunity and nutrition, while CsA in the control group was used to prevent acute rejection. Postoperative 1 ~ 7d monitoring the occurrence of acute rejection. Results: Serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen in experimental group and control group decreased day by day, and renal function recovered well. No acute rejection was found in pathological examination. The two groups of corresponding experimental data, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Under the premise of effective immunosuppression, short-term rhGH administration after renal transplantation in rats does not significantly promote the occurrence of acute rejection and promote perioperative recovery.
