用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统研究了晴天条件下克撒西巴斯马和柯马蒂尼巴斯马的光合特性和光合日进程。结果表明,2品种的光合作用变化规律相似:叶片净光合速率日变化表现为双峰曲线,第1峰出现在上午11:00,第2峰值出现在下午15:00左右,存在明显的光合”午休”现象,蒸腾速率的日变化也呈双峰曲线。柯马蒂尼和克撒西巴斯马的光补偿点分别为33·67和46·95μmol·m-2·s-1,表观量子产额分别为0·0543和0·0559,光饱和点均在1600μmol·m-2·s-1左右,光饱和时的最大净光合速率分别为10·71和9·51μmol·m-2·s-1。
LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics and photosynthetic daily processes of Maxsax Basma and Coma Martini Basmati under sunny conditions. The results showed that the photosynthetic changes of two cultivars were similar: the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of leaves showed a bimodal curve, the first peak appeared at 11:00 AM, the second peak appeared at around 15:00 PM, and there was obvious photosynthetic “ Lunch break ”phenomenon, diurnal variation of transpiration rate also showed a bimodal curve. The light compensation points of Coma Martini and Kesassi Basma were 33.67 and 46.95 μmol · m-2 · s-1, respectively, with apparent quantum yields of 0.0543 and 0.0559 respectively.
