随着高等职业教育改革力度加大,高职教育教学成果建设的重要性日益彰显。基于以上背景,从内涵分析着手,解析了影响高职教育教学成果形成的因素:教育教学方案内在属性、学校环境因素和培育措施,并构建了理论模型,以期为促成成果的培育管理提供理论指导。 With the intensification of higher vocational education reform, the importance of the construction of teaching achievements in higher vocational education has become increasingly evident.
