商务部发布“互联网+流通”行动计划商务部于5月15日对外公布《“互联网+流通”行动计划》,重点将在农村电商、电商进中小城市、进社区以及跨境电商等方面创新流通方式,解决电商“最后一公里”和“最后一百米”的问题。《行动计划》明确,力争在1到2年内,实现以下具体目标:在全国创建培育200个电子商务进农村综合示范县,示范县电子商务交易额在现有基础上年均增长不低于30%;创建60个国家级电子商务示范基地,培育150家国家级电子商务
The Ministry of Commerce released the “Internet + circulation” action plan. The Ministry of Commerce announced the “Internet + Circulation Action Plan” on May 15th, focusing on rural e-commerce, e-commerce into small and medium-sized cities, and entering communities and across E-commerce and other aspects of innovation in circulation, to solve the e-commerce “last one hundred kilometers” and “last hundred meters” problem. The Action Plan clarifies and strives to achieve the following specific goals within one to two years: to create and cultivate 200 e-commerce integrated rural demonstration counties throughout the country.
