从杂志创刊伊始,我们就力求能够深入腠理,紧扼中小学信息技术教育的脉搏,希望杂志对中小学信息技术教育的发展状态与进程能够给予深刻的把握与呈现。至今,我们已经编发了12期杂志,每期杂志都特别策划一个专题,对一发生和正在发生的焦点与热点问题进行深入解析,力争使读者从国家的政策、专家的视点、一线的实践等各个方位洞悉信息技术教育的发展。2002年第12期,本期专题从事件、焦点与企业三个角度对2002年度进回顾与梳理,年终回眸,很高兴地发现我们的中小学信息技术教育事业又前进了一大步。自2000年之后,我国的中小学信息技术教育快速启动,2001年可以用“大干快上”来形容,如火如茶的建设热潮掩饰不住一些盲从与浮躁。纵观2002年,热潮不减,而在建设上则已呈现稳健实用之风。
From the very beginning of the publication of the magazine, we strived to be able to dig deeper and closer to the pulse of IT education in primary and secondary schools. We hope that the magazine can give a deep understanding and presentation of the development status and progress of IT education in primary and secondary schools. So far, we have compiled 12 issues of magazines. Each magazine has specially planned a special topic to conduct in-depth analysis of the focus and hot issues that have occurred and are occurring, and strive to make readers from national policies, experts’ perspectives, and first-line practices. Various orientations provide insight into the development of information technology education. This issue of the current issue reviews and reviews the 2002 progress from the three perspectives of events, focus, and the company. Looking back at the year-end, we are pleased to find that our primary and secondary school information technology education has taken a big step forward. Since 2000, China’s primary and secondary school information technology education has been rapidly launched. In 2001, it could be described as “big and fast.” The upsurge of building a hot tea can not conceal some blind obsessions and impetuosity. Looking back at 2002, the upsurge continued unabated, and construction has shown a steady and pragmatic outlook.
