技术哲学研究正在成为当代科学技术哲学的热点和主导领域。其中 ,技术认识论的兴起又格外惹人瞩目 ,以至于有人认为技术哲学研究发生了“认识论转向”。本期约集的 6篇短文从多个角度专门探讨了这一问题。文章发表前 ,编辑部对全部文稿进行了压缩和专门化处理 ,以使论点更集中、特色更明显。当然 ,这样做难免会损害个别原作的完整性 ,但全组文章却显得严整有层次。在此 ,我们也希望今后的技术哲学研究和来稿尽量较少泛泛之论 ,而能在某些实实在在的具体问题上取得实质性进展 ,并由此带动其他领域发展。这也是本刊期待技术哲学研究带给学界的另一个有价值的“转向” The study of philosophy of technology is becoming a hot and dominant field of contemporary philosophy of science and technology. Among them, the rise of technical epistemology is particularly striking, so that some people think that the study of technical philosophy took place, “epistemological shift.” The six essays about this issue have specifically addressed this issue from multiple perspectives. Before the publication of the article, the editorial department carried out all the manuscript compression and specialization to make the argument more focused, more obvious characteristics. Of course, this will inevitably undermine the integrity of the individual original, but the entire group of articles appears to be a strict level. At this point, we also hope that in the future, as far as possible, the study of philosophy of technology and manuscripts will be as general as possible, and substantive progress will be made on some real specific issues and thus lead to the development of other fields. This is another issue we expect from the study of philosophy of technology brought to the academic community, another valuable “turn”
