在“产教融合,工学结合”办学模式的背景下,高职院校通过采取专业与产业对接,制定农业观光专业人才培养方案;整合校内外资源,建立企业化运作的旅行社及农业观光景区等举措构建农业观光专业“三元融合”实训基地建设模式,能够有效解决实践教学内容过于简单,教师实践经验不足,实训基地建设滞后、运行机制不畅等实践教学的突出问题,对增强实训基地的社会服务功能、提升教师的业务素质和学生的职业技能具有重要的推动作用。
