针对供水系统非线性、大惯性、滞后、时变的特点,本文利用动态矩阵(DMC)控制算法超前的预测性和良好的鲁棒性以及PID控制算法较强的抗干扰能力,将预测控制算法和PID控制算法相结合,内回路水泵转速采用PID控制器,外回路管网水压采用动态矩阵(DMC)控制器,形成一种DMC-PID串级控制系统进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明这种水压控制器既有预测控制较强的鲁棒性和跟踪性,又具有PID控制良好的抗干扰能力,明显提高了系统的动态性能。
In view of the characteristics of non-linear, large inertia, hysteresis and time-varying of water supply system, this paper makes use of predictive and good robustness of dynamic matrix (DMC) control algorithm and strong anti-interference ability of PID control algorithm. And PID control algorithm, the internal loop pump speed PID controller, external loop water pressure using dynamic matrix (DMC) controller to form a DMC-PID cascade control system for simulation study, the simulation results show that this Hydraulic controller not only has strong predictive control of robustness and tracking, but also has a good anti-interference PID control ability, significantly improve the dynamic performance of the system.
