为了改善某高负荷双级风扇在非设计转速出现的裕度不足和转子攻角过大的问题,研究了变弯度导叶的调节对高负荷双级风扇气动性能和内部流场的影响,对比分析了不同形式变弯度导叶和传统可调导叶的性能差异.数值模拟结果表明:80%转速时高负荷双级风扇的绝热效率随着正预旋角度增加而显著增加,预旋角度为30°时的绝热效率提高了3.5%;传统可调导叶扩稳效果较优,受到大预旋角度下大损失的限制;变弯度导叶的开缝形式、开缝位置、导叶稠度均与气动性能密切相关,具体设计需要根据高负荷双级风扇工作情况进行探讨.
