1.工作原理SP160型摊铺机行走液压系统主要由力士乐A10VG63型行走泵、力士乐A6VE107型行走马达和轮边减速器组成。其中行走泵采用电比例无级控制,其排量在0与最大值之间变化。行走马达变量采用自动控制(带液压越权控制)。摊铺机处于摊铺模式时,行走马达处于最大排量位置工作,能提供较大的扭矩。两侧行走马达、行走泵、行走控制器和操作台形成闭环控制,如图1所示。操作手调定摊铺机行走速度时,操作台上的行走电位计给行走控制器发出信号。行走控制器
1. Working principle SP160 paver walking hydraulic system mainly consists of Rexroth A10VG63 type walking pump, Rexroth A6VE107 walking motor and wheel reducer. Among them, walking pump adopts electric ratio stepless control, the displacement varies from 0 to the maximum value. Travel motor variable automatic control (with hydraulic override). When the paver is in paving mode, the traveling motor is in the maximum displacement position and can provide greater torque. Both sides of the walking motor, walking pump, walk controller and console form closed-loop control, as shown in Figure 1.
