为观察低血钙对神经元内钙结合蛋白的影响,用免疫细胞化学法,研究了低血钙大鼠脊髓腹角内钙结合蛋白(CaBP)免疫反应(CaBP\|IR)神经元的变化。正常情况下,大鼠脊髓腹角内CaBP-IR神经元较少,主要位于运动神经元的腹侧,为一些中小型神经元。低血钙4周以上的大鼠,腹角内阳性细胞的数量和纤维密度显著增加。此时,阳性神经元明显分为3群:内侧群位于腹角的内侧,多为一些中等大小的梭形细胞;背侧群位于运动神经元的背侧,多为大多角形神经元;腹侧群位于外侧运动柱的内侧或运动神经元之间,为中等大小的神经元,部分大多极神经元也呈现阳性。本研究结果显示低血钙可使脊髓腹角内神经元合成CaBP增加
To observe the effect of hypocalcemia on intracellular calcium-binding protein in neurons, we used immunocytochemistry to study the changes of calcium-binding protein (CaBP) immunoreactivity (CaBP) | IR in the ventral horn of hypocalcemic rats . Normally, there are fewer CaBP-IR neurons in the ventral horn of spinal cord of rats, which are mainly located in the ventral part of motor neuron and are some small and medium-sized neurons. Hypocalcemia in rats more than 4 weeks, the ventral horn of the number of positive cells and fiber density increased significantly.
