苯环上带甲氧基或羟基的β-苯乙胺类化合物为合成药物的常见中间体,可由相应的硝基苯乙烯还原而成,有关文献很多。用LiAIH_4还原制备对位和间位甲氧基取代的β-苯乙胺,收率为88%[J Org Chem 1958,23:349]和76%[CA 1957,51:244 d]。盐酸锌粉还原对制备某些化合物来说,较简便易行,收率都在70%左右。我们采用了后法制备对甲氧基-β-苯乙胺,注意以下几点,收率能达85~92%。
Benzene ring with methoxy or hydroxyl β-phenethylamine compounds as common intermediates for synthetic drugs, which can be reduced by the corresponding nitrostyrene, the literature a lot. Para-and meta methoxy-substituted β-phenylethylamine was prepared with LiAIH 4 reduction in 88% yield [J Org Chem 1958, 23: 349] and 76% [CA 1957, 51: 244 d]. Reduction of zinc powder for the preparation of certain compounds, the more simple and convenient, the yield is about 70%. We used the preparation of p-methoxy-β-phenethylamine method, pay attention to the following points, the yield can reach 85 ~ 92%.
