加大供给侧结构性改革力度,去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板,矫正要素配置扭曲,扩大有效供给,提高供给结构适应性和灵活性与全要素生产率,成为当下中国经济工作的重点。而提高户籍人口城镇化率,深化住房制度改革,通过加快农民工市民化,扩大有效需求,消化库存,稳定房地产市场,则成为当前房地产业的主要工作目标。房地产去库存涉及到许多理论与实际问题,本文试图对其中的几大议题进行粗浅的讨论。
