当前,作为化解农村剩余劳动力、提高农村创新创业动力的有力抓手,农村电商犹如雨后春笋在全国兴起,涌现出许多电商专业村、专业镇。然而,由于创业农民对农村电商认识水平不一,区域间缺少明确规划和配套服务,质量安全缺乏有力保障等问题,许多有益措施和典型模式不能有效地指导各地农村电商的可持续发展。究其原因,主要是我国农村情况复杂,单一的农村电商专业化道路面临“水土不服”的问题,这就需要政府部门结合地方实际因地制宜地设计农村电商服务体
