Objective To explore the influencing factors of preterm and low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 625 preterm and low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group and 200 full term childbirth children as the control group were selected as the control group. The statistical analysis of the incidence of preterm birth and low birth weight the reason. Results The incidences of preterm birth, low birth weight, birth defects, stillbirths and stillbirths in observation group were 19.04%, 10.40%, 5.12%, 4.16% and 5.76% respectively, while those in control group were 12.00% and 8.00% 3.00%, 1.00%, 1.00%, there was a statistically significant difference between groups (P <0.05). The body weight, gestational age, body length and Apgar score of preterm infants in observation group were (2 629.3 ± 649.8) g, (33.7 ± 3.4) weeks, (48.9 ± 4.6) cm and (8.26 ± 2.05) (2 005.8 ± 360.3) g, (37.2 ± 2.4) weeks, (46.5 ± 5.3) cm and (7.90 ± 2.08) points in the control group and (3 858 ± 522.3) g and (41.0 ± 0.8) weeks respectively , (50.5 ± 3.5) cm, (8.84 ± 0.81) points respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Prenatal, low birth weight infants and pregnant women during pregnancy check-ups, whether the floating population, gestational age and gestational hypertension, poor history of pregnancy, anemia during pregnancy, uterine malformations, intrauterine infection, pregnancy overdose, fetal growth restriction, nephritis , Fetal development abnormalities and other influencing factors are closely related to the incidence. Premature delivery, low birth weight children and pregnant women and their dads living environment, working environment are closely related. Conclusions Premature labor and low birth weight are caused by the combination of many factors. Therefore, it is necessary to actively carry out health education during pregnancy and improve the regular rate of childbirth.
