碳酸熔盐传热蓄热材料的制备与热性能

根据高温热利用技术领域对传热蓄热材料的性能要求,选取高熔化热、高熔点的无机盐作为添加剂,对现有Na_2CO_3-K_2CO_3二元熔盐体系进行改性,采用静态熔融法制备了混合碳酸熔盐。表征分析了碳酸熔盐的熔点、相变潜热、高温密度和黏度等热物性,并研究了高温静态和蓄/放热循环下的热稳定性。研究结果表明,该碳酸熔盐具有相变潜热大、熔点低、工作温度范围广等优点,并具有良好的热稳定性,降低了对蓄热系统尺寸和能量的要求。 According to the performance requirements of heat transfer and heat storage materials in the field of high temperature heat utilization technology, the existing Na_2CO_3-K_2CO_3 binary molten salt system is modified by adopting high melting heat and high melting point inorganic salt as additives, and is prepared by a static melting method Mixed carbonated molten salt. The thermophysical properties such as melting point, latent heat of phase transformation, density and viscosity of carbonated molten salt were analyzed. The thermal stability under high temperature static state and storage / exothermic cycle was also studied. The results show that the carbonated molten salt has the advantages of large phase transition latent heat, low melting point, wide operating temperature range, good thermal stability, and reduced requirements for the size and energy of the thermal storage system.
