目的探讨健康人鼻咽部表面活性物质的状况,并对磷脂成分进行研究。方法采集健康人鼻咽部灌洗液,用高效液相色谱方法对表面活性物质的磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰乙胺醇、磷脂酰胆碱和鞘磷脂进行测定。结果①鼻咽部存在表面活性物质,磷脂4种成分均可测出;②磷脂成分的构成中,磷脂酰胆碱含量最多,为(53.94±17.10)%,是主要成分,其次是鞘磷脂和磷脂酰丝氨酸,分别是(22.18±24.08)%和(17.58±9.03)%,磷脂酰乙醇胺只占小部分,为(6.30±4.28)%。结论①鼻咽部存在表面活性物质;②鼻咽部表面活性物质的磷脂由磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰乙胺醇、磷脂酰胆碱和鞘磷脂组成,磷脂酰胆碱含量最多,对鼻咽部表面活性物质起决定作用。
Objective To investigate the status of nasopharyngeal surfactant in healthy people and to study the composition of phospholipids. Methods Nasopharyngeal lavage fluid was collected from healthy volunteers. The content of phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin in the surface active substances were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results (1) The presence of surfactant in the nasopharynx and the detection of four components of phospholipid could be detected. The content of phosphatidylcholine was the highest (53.94 ± 17.10)% in the composition of phospholipid, which was the main component followed by sphingomyelin and Phosphatidylserine was (22.18 ± 24.08)% and (17.58 ± 9.03)% respectively, while phosphatidylethanolamine accounted for only a small part (6.30 ± 4.28%). Conclusion ① There is surfactant in the nasopharynx; ② Phospholipid of nasopharyngeal surfactant is composed of phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin with the highest content of phosphatidylcholine, Surface-active substances play a decisive role.
