随着现代社会经济的发展科学技术的飞速发展和不断创新,我国的建筑业进入了全新发展时期,迎来了发展时期的新阶段,给我国能源消耗带来了巨大压力。由于能源相继大幅度减少,再加之成本价格的不断攀升,我国工民建施工只有通过广泛地使用新技术和新材料来化节能技术的应用和研究,降低成本,实现能源和资源的优化和合理配置。建筑节能,推行科学的建筑节能理念,响应了党中央节能减排的号召,同时也是建设节能型社会的保障。通过建立有效的能源安全保证体系,使建筑行业充分应用各项节能技术,加快了建筑行业经济的增长,进一步推动建筑节能工作的发展,现就建筑节能方面的问题进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of social science and technology and the constant innovation in the development of modern society and economy, the construction industry in our country has entered a new period of development and ushered in a new phase of development, putting tremendous pressure on China’s energy consumption.
