目的:调查消化内科住院患者对营养知识的认知情况,分析其对营养知识的需求现状,依据需求制定普及营养知识的对策。方法:随机选取杭州师范大学附属医院消化内科住院患者120例,结合消化内科患者生活质量综合评定问卷及消化内科住院患者营养状况自行设计问卷,进行面对面问卷调查,统计分析影响消化内科住院患者营养水平的因素,制定相应的营养知识普及对策。结果:不同消化内科住院患者,营养状况各异,对营养知识的需求不同,以患慢性恶性消化疾病如巨大胃溃疡、慢性胃肠出血等导致营养严重不良者需求高。结论:研究符合消化内科住院患者营养需求知识普及方案,宣传营养知识的重要性,可促进患者早日康复。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cognition of nutritional knowledge in inpatients of Gastroenterology, analyze the current situation of their demand for nutritional knowledge, and develop strategies to popularize nutrition knowledge according to their needs. Methods: 120 randomly selected inpatients of Department of Gastroenterology, Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were randomly selected. The questionnaires were designed according to the questionnaire of quality of life of patients with gastroenterology and the nutritional status of inpatients in the department of Gastroenterology. Face-to-face questionnaires were conducted to investigate the nutritional status of inpatients The factors that make the appropriate nutrition knowledge popularization measures. Results: Inpatients with different digestive diseases had different nutritional status and different needs for nutritional knowledge. Patients with severe malnutrition who suffered from chronic malignant digestive diseases such as giant gastric ulcer and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding had a high demand. Conclusion: This study is in line with the popularity of nutritional needs of patients with gastroenterology inpatient programs, the importance of promoting nutritional knowledge, can promote the early recovery of patients.
