腐植酸(humic acid.HA)是植物残体经解离和再缩合形成的一类高分子有机弱酸,广泛分布土壤、泥炭、风化煤和褐煤中。HA可分为黄腐酸(fulvatum acid,FA)、棕腐酸和黑腐酸。其中FA分子量最小,溶解度最好,生物活性最高,毒性最弱,故在医药中最常用。目前我国用于医药主要为从泥炭和煤炭中提取的的矿源FA(MFA),在生产中需要宝贵的煤炭作为原料。而且由于不同地区形成的FA有很大差异,医疗效果可相差甚远。1993年我国出现的发酵FA(BFA)由于在人工控制条件下进行解离和缩合,产品质量较稳定。同时因生
Humic acid (HA) is a kind of polymer organic weak acid formed by the dissociation and recondensation of plant residues. It is widely distributed in soil, peat, weathered coal and lignite. HA can be divided into fulvatum acid (FA), fulvic acid, and humic acid. Among them, FA has the smallest molecular weight, the best solubility, the highest biological activity, and the weakest toxicity, so it is most commonly used in medicine. At present, China’s use of medicine as a source of FA (MFA), which is extracted from peat and coal, requires valuable coal as a raw material in its production. And because the FAs formed in different regions are very different, the medical effects can be very different. In 1993, the fermentation FA (BFA) appeared in China was disintegrated and condensed under artificially controlled conditions and the product quality was relatively stable. At the same time due to
