[目的]探讨人体血液中铟的分析方法。[方法]用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定血液中铟,优化仪器[工作参数,基体效应干扰以2μg/L铊溶液进行校准。[结果]标准曲线线性范围为0.1~100.0μg/L,最低检测质量浓度为0.5μg/L,平均回收率为97.7%~101.9%,精密度试验中,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.9%。[结论]该方法简单、快速、准确,适合人体血液中铟的检测。
[Objective] To investigate the method of indium in human blood. [Method] The determination of indium in blood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was optimized. The interference of working parameters and matrix effect was calibrated with 2μg / L thallium solution. [Result] The linear range of standard curve was 0.1-100.0μg / L, the lowest detection concentration was 0.5μg / L and the average recovery was 97.7% -101.9%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the standard curve were less than 4.9% . [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for the detection of indium in human blood.
