对库房的温湿度管理,我们采用了机械除湿、空调降温、门窗隔热、适时通风等技术措施,为了进一步提高管理效果和现代化管理水平,我们又研制了微机集中监控系统。这些措施,对改善库房的保管条件,延长档案的寿命,都起到一定的积极作用。可是,经过对实际情况的考查,发现温湿度调控的整体效果并不理想。针对这个问题,我们结合管理情况和记录资料,进行了综合性的研究分析。记录资料表明,工作人员上班期间温湿度的调控效果明显,下班以后,温湿度的回升和失控情况严重。经这一对比,看出两者变化悬殊差距很大,因此,引起了我们的注意,如果,对库房温湿度实施全日制管理,那么,失控的现象就不会存在了。所以,问题的实质是采用什么工作制的问题。
For the temperature and humidity management of the warehouse, we have adopted technical measures such as mechanical dehumidification, air-conditioning cooling, thermal insulation of windows and doors, timely ventilation, etc. In order to further improve the management effect and the modern management level, we have also developed a microcomputer centralized monitoring system. These measures have played a positive role in improving the custody conditions of the Treasury and extending the life of archives. However, after examining the actual situation, we found that the overall effect of temperature and humidity control is not satisfactory. In response to this problem, we combine the management and record data, conducted a comprehensive research and analysis. Records show that the temperature and humidity control during work staff obvious effect, after get off work, temperature and humidity rise and loss of control serious. After this comparison, we can see that there is a great gap between the two. Therefore, it has drawn our attention. If the temperature and humidity of the warehouse are managed on a full-time basis, then the phenomenon of runaway will not exist. Therefore, the essence of the problem is the question of what kind of work system should be adopted.
