在港口中测量船舶吃水度时,国内外主要通过人工读水尺的方法,不仅危险性大,且测量精度不高。激光的高度相干性、高度单色性、方向性强、亮度高等特性使其在激光测距领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文采用相位法激光测距仪作为无合作目标激光水位传感器,研制了一种新型激光智能水位实时在线测量系统。进行了实验室和现场实验,验证了系统的应用范围及测量精度。结果表明,在水面静止且水质浑浊度大于300NTU的情况下,测量精度为±1.5mm;在水面晃动情况下,测量周期为1min和3min时水位数据的离散性较大,测量周期为5min时测量精度可达±3mm。系统的最大测量距离可达12m。
When measuring the water draft of a ship in a port, the method of manually reading a water meter at home and abroad is not only dangerous but also not accurate in measurement. The high coherence of laser, high monochromaticity, strong directivity and high brightness make it have a wide range of applications in the field of laser ranging. In this paper, phase laser laser rangefinder as a non-cooperative target laser water level sensor, developed a new laser intelligent water level real-time on-line measurement system. Laboratory and field experiments were conducted to verify the system’s application range and measurement accuracy. The results show that the measurement accuracy is ± 1.5mm when the water surface is still cloudy and the turbidity of water is more than 300NTU. When the water surface sloshing, the water level data dispersion is larger when the measurement period is 1min and 3min, and the measurement period is 5min Accuracy of ± 3mm. The maximum measuring distance of the system can reach 12m.
