目的 阐明早期糖尿病膀胱舒张和收缩功能改变。方法 以链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠糖尿病 ,用蔗糖利尿模拟多尿性膀胱功能变化 ,对比糖尿病、蔗糖利尿和正常对照大鼠离体膀胱收缩、舒张变化及cAMP含量。结果 早期糖尿病鼠膀胱最大收缩力和持续收缩力下降 ,膀胱舒张能力也有下降 ,膀胱cAMP含量明显减少。结论 糖尿病早期膀胱逼尿肌收缩、舒张功能均有明显受损 ;同时 ,大量利尿可使膀胱容量和湿重增加 ,但不是糖尿病膀胱病变的主要因素。
Objective To clarify the changes of bladder diastolic and systolic function in early stage of diabetes. Methods Diabetic rats were induced with streptozotocin (STZ). The urinary bladder function was simulated by sucrose diuresis. Contractile contractile and diastolic changes and cAMP contents were examined in diabetic rats, sucrose diuresis and normal control rats. Results The maximal contractility and persistent contractility of the bladder in early diabetic rats decreased, the diastolic capacity of the bladder decreased, and the content of cAMP in the bladder decreased significantly. Conclusions Early detrusor contractility and diastolic function in early stage of diabetes mellitus are significantly impaired. At the same time, a large number of diuresis can increase bladder capacity and wet weight, but it is not the main factor of diabetic bladder disease.
