以柑桔大实蝇Bactrocera minax雌成虫为对象,借助Y型嗅觉仪,采用均匀设计和支持向量回归方法,对由柠檬烯、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、红糖、乙醇、柠檬酸、橙汁和5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂组成的诱杀剂进行了优化。结果表明,经过共20个处理的两轮室内筛选即准确地找到最优配比,将诱杀剂对柑桔大实蝇雌虫的引诱率由改进前的50.0%提高到76.7%,优化效果明显。同时发现,在引诱成分中,柠檬烯、柠檬酸和乙酸具有更加重要的作用,单位配方(按100mL水溶剂计)的最适用量分别为1.50mL、1.00g和1.00mL。
In this study, female adults of Bactrocera minax from the citrus fruit fly were studied with Y-type olfactometer and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Cyhalothrin water emulsion composition of the trapping agent was optimized. The results showed that after a total of 20 treatments of two rounds of indoor screening to accurately find the optimal ratio, the attractant of citrus tadpoles increased from 50.0% to 76.7%, the optimization effect is obvious . At the same time, it was found that limonene, citric acid and acetic acid were more important among the attractant components. The optimum dosage was 1.50mL, 1.00g and 1.00mL for unit formula (based on 100mL water solvent).
