由于“超市化管理”赋予了承包工程量的不确定性,营造了各个分包单位努力抢活干的竞争氛围,因此,在宁东-山东±660kV直流输电示范工程鲁2标段的基础分包工程施工中,各分包单位积极性被充分调动,自动自觉地加大资源投入、加强质量控制、加班加点施工,主动协调地方民事问题,施工效率得到大幅提高,在确保施工安全、质量的前提下,大大降低了施工成本。
