现浇钢筋混凝土柱与墙体连接,必须按规定在柱内预埋拉结筋。现用柱内预埋拉结筋的方法多不理想,我们提供一法于下,供参考。在我处承建的通州市鲁班大厦工程中,我们采用如下方法解决现浇混凝土柱与墙体的连接:(1)根据墙体材料的不同确定皮数杆标志,且根据皮数杆标志在相应的墙体上画上皮数尺,然后根据皮数尺用装有φ10钻头的电锤根据设计要求在混凝土柱体上钻不浅于80mm 深的孔,再用水冲洗净孔内的浮砂等杂物,待干备用;(2)用长为120mm 的φ10带肋钢筋按图1与φ6.5钢筋焊接;(3)最后用长约200mm 的φ18钢筋做送
Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete columns are connected to the wall and must be embedded in the columns in accordance with regulations. The method of using existing embedded bars to pull the bars is not ideal. We provide a method for reference. In Tongzhou Luban Building under construction in our department, we used the following methods to solve the connection between the cast-in-place concrete column and the wall: (1) According to the different materials of the wall, determine the skin number rod sign, and according to the skin number sign in the corresponding Draw a digital scale on the wall, then drill a hole not less than 80mm deep in the concrete column according to the design requirements using an electric hammer equipped with a φ10 drill, and then rinse the floating sand in the hole with water. (2) Use a φ10 ribbed steel rebar with a length of 120mm as shown in Fig. 1 and φ6.5 steel rebar welding; (3) Send it with a φ18 steel rebar with a length of about 200mm at the end.
