福建省轻工协会于1995年12月6日在福州召开“转机制、抓管理、练内功、增效益”研讨会。参加会议的有论文作者、协会常委、大中型企业联络员,在榕企业及省科技处的同志。这次研讨会的论文针对性较强,具有一定的代表性,简要介绍如下。 南平造纸厂林一亭、李海安同志全面介绍了近几年来“转、抓、练、增”活动的做法和体会,他们把工作重心放在加快改革、建立现代企业制度和实现安全、优质、低耗、多创效益上,取得了较好的成绩。在改革上、按中央《关于加快发展第三产业的决定》精神,沿着一企多制,一业为主;多种经营方向迈进一步,先后组建了立足厂内、面向社会、独立核算,自负盈亏的星光造纸集团南平机械修造安装公司,电力维修安装公司,纸城综合服务公司,汽车运输公司,东区劳动服务开发公司,福建延星电力发展有限公司,福建南平延
The Fujian Provincial Light Industry Association held a seminar on “Transferring Mechanisms, Grasping Management, Training Internal Strength, and Increasing Efficiency” on December 6, 1995 in Fuzhou. The participants of the conference included the author of the paper, the standing committee of the association, and the liaison officers of large and medium-sized enterprises, and the comrades from the Department of Science and Technology of Yunnan Province. The papers for this seminar are highly targeted and representative. They are briefly described below. Comrades Lin Yiting and Li Hai’an of Nanping Paper Mill gave a comprehensive introduction to the practices and experiences of “transforming, grasping, training, and increasing” activities in recent years. They focused their efforts on accelerating reforms, establishing a modern enterprise system, and achieving safety, quality, and low consumption. In order to create more profits, we achieved better results. In terms of reform and in accordance with the spirit of the Central Decision on Accelerating the Development of the Tertiary Industry, it has focused on one company, multiple systems, and one industry; it has taken a variety of business directions and has established a foothold in the factory, facing the society, and independent accounting.
