山东省食品工业协会赴法国参观十一届巴黎食品展览会,之后在有关部门的安排下参观了法国的葡萄栽培与葡萄酿酒。法国是世界上葡萄栽培与葡萄酿酒重要国家之一,栽培面积仅次于西班牙和意大利,居第三位约1900万亩,占世界葡萄栽培面积的12.4％。而葡萄年产量为950万吨,居世界第二位(次于意大利),占世界葡萄产量的16.3％。法国葡萄酒年总产量约为580万吨,占世界年总产量的19％,次于意大利居世界第二位,但法国葡萄酒总消费量居世界首位。
Shandong Food Industry Association went to France to visit the 11th Paris Food Exhibition. After that, the delegation visited Viticulture and Winemaking in France. France is one of the important countries in the world in terms of viticulture and winemaking. The area under cultivation is second only to Spain and Italy, ranking the third with about 19 million mu, accounting for 12.4% of the world’s viticulture area. The grapes output 9.5 million tons, ranking second in the world (after Italy), accounting for 16.3% of world grape production. The total annual French wine production is about 5.8 million tons, accounting for 19% of the world total annual output, second only to Italy in the world, but the French total wine consumption ranks first in the world.
