建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定水产品中乙酰甲喹含量的方法,用于监测水产品中乙酰甲喹的残留。样品采用二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯混合提取液提取,正己烷净化,高效液相色谱法定量分析。结果表明,在50~1000μg/L范围内,线性关系良好。方法定量限为20μg/kg,在添加浓度20~100μg/kg范围内,回收率都在70.0%以上,相对标准偏差在10%以下。本方法操作简便快捷,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果可靠,可满足实验室大量、快速分析的需求。
A method for the determination of mequindoc in aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been established for monitoring the residues of mequindox in aquatic products. The samples were extracted with a mixture of dichloromethane and ethyl acetate, purified with n-hexane, and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that in the range of 50 ~ 1000μg / L, the linear relationship was good. The limit of quantitation was 20μg / kg. The recoveries were over 70.0% at the concentration range of 20 ~ 100μg / kg with the relative standard deviation below 10%. The method has the advantages of simple and quick operation, high sensitivity, good repeatability and reliable results, and can meet the needs of laboratories in large quantities and rapid analysis.
